A referral counts once your friend confirms their email and holds a nurse account. All rewards are paid as Starbucks or Visa eGift cards delivered by email — there is no cash option and cards can't be exchanged for cash. Rewards are reviewed before they're sent, and duplicate or inactive accounts don't count. We can change or end the program at any time.
